Vino 101©, a Wine Knowledge Course, covers the great wines of the world with an emphasis on geography, climate, soil, grape varieties, appellations, food pairings and best vintages. The course includes Power Point presentations, handouts, wine analysis through guided tasting, and discussion.

Class Structure:

• Six seated wine classes.
• Power Point presentations.
• Guided tasting of four wines per class.
• Q&A
• Printed handouts.
• Diploma and wine glass upon completion of all 6 classes.
